What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 14 days and we will issue a full refund. The item must be be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.

Yes, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the item you are returning, we will send a confirmation email. Within 48 hours you will be issued a full refund. Please keep in mind, it may take 5-7 business days to see the refund, depending on bank and form of payment.

How long is shipping time?
We ship with the USPS. We offer priority mail which usually takes 4-5 days or express mail which could be 1-2 days. Please keep in mind we ship from New York when calculating shipping time.

We try to ship in one package, but if needed we ship multiple packages, at no additional charge to you.

We have locations throughout Long Island. Long Beach, Babylon, Sayville, Rockville Centre and Huntington. For the summer months we have a store in Ocean Beach, Fire Island.
