Long Beach in the Summer... <3 your LB girls!

Long Beach is the #1 destination place to visit on Long Island in the summer, in our opinion…see why we think so!

EMILY:

When visiting Long Beach for the summer, stopping by any Açaí place is a MUST. Whether you’re getting your Açaí from RipTides on the Boardwalk or SolBol downtown, the blend of cold, fresh fruit topped with granola and peanut butter is definitely the perfect snack for a hot summer day! 

GILLIAN:

I love summertime in LB because of our pretty beaches (obviously) and all the people who come to enjoy it! Also, there is always something fun going on whether it’s a fair, carnival, or concerts on the beach! 

NATALIE:

I love the farmer’s market at Kennedy Plaza in the spring/summer. There are so many vendors with delicious local and fresh food, flowers, pickles, bread, sweets and so much more! Did I mention pickles, lol! They are so good! Definitely stop by if you are in LB, they are open Saturdays & Wednesdays.

CARINA:

I am a foodie so I love all of the places to get a bite to eat in LB in the summer, especially iced cream! Marvel is my go to spot and I highly recommend going at least once, twice, or even more over the summer! Try the cookies’n’cream!

CHRISTINE:

I love the boardwalk in the summertime. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a busy work day, a perfect place to start your day with either  a walk, or just enjoying a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. There’s no place like LB in the summer!

SABINA:

I love coming to Long Beach in the summer because the people have good vibes and the atmosphere is very welcoming to visitors. There are a lot of options for restaurants and are all convenient when leaving the beach.  

MONICA:

My favorite part of Long Beach in the summer is Gentle Brew coffee shop! There’s nothing like an iced cold brew on a hot summer day along with one of their sweet treats. And big bonus, it’s right across the street from Ooh la la!
