DIY Glitter Pumpkin

Fall is one of my favorite season's not only because of all the beautiful scenery but I love decorating for the holidays.

These glitter pumpkins are great for Thanksgiving!

You can do this on fake pumpkins too! This way you can use it every year

STEP 1:

Clean and dry the pumpkins

STEP 2:

Tape design on pumpkins

You can do a solid line across. Of course, if you are feeling very crafty try a chevron print!

STEP 3:

Paint a thick layer of modge podge on the sections you want glitter.

STEP 4:

Generously sprinkle the glitter onto the modge podge.

STEP 5:

Shake off any excess glitter and touch up any spots you missed.

STEP 6:

Let your pumpkin completely dry.

STEP 7:

Paint a top coat of modge podge on your dry pumpkin to help seal the glitter. This will help the extra glitter from falling everywhere.
