No need for a New Year New Me, why not try for a better you.

5 Steps to a better you in 2016

1. Drink Tea 
Tea is a great way to keep warm in the winter, and can help with weight loss. 

2. Walk more 
Walking is an easy way to stay active, plus you can take a stroll down main street and come shop at Ooh.

3. Less late night snacking
Netflix and snacking is a dangerous combo, try to snack earlier in the day. 

4. More sleep
Like a bear would hibernate the winter months are meant for cuddling and sleeping, take advantage of it and get your 8 hours.  

5. More fun
Make time to do things you enjoy, from spending quality time with friends and family, to reading or taking a long bubble bath, whatever is simple and fun for you, make more time for it.

    Since winter months are for cuddling and sleeping can I use that as an excuse to get me and my husband out of work lol
