1. Drink Tea

3. Less late night snacking
Netflix and snacking is a dangerous combo, try to snack earlier in the day.
4. More sleep
Like a bear would hibernate the winter months are meant for cuddling and sleeping, take advantage of it and get your 8 hours.
5. More fun
Make time to do things you enjoy, from spending quality time with friends and family, to reading or taking a long bubble bath, whatever is simple and fun for you, make more time for it.
