DIY Fresh Face Aspirin Mask
Fresh skin is always in! Aspirin contains salicylic acid which reduces redness, chemically and mechanically exfoliates the skin and fights acne! Honey is a natural anti-bacterial and a humectant, so it'll soothe and moisturize your skin. This mask combines both to give you blemish-free baby-soft skin at little cost.
What you need:
3-4 uncoated aspirin
1-2 tablespoons of honey
a bowl (or you can use the palm of your hand!)
a few drops of water
Place the aspirin in a bowl and sprinkle with a few drops of water. When the aspirin puff up crush them with your finger or a spoon. Then add honey until it reaches desired consistency, I prefer only a tablespoon of honey. Massage all over your face. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, wash with warm water and then your usual face wash and moisturizer. Your skin should feel softer and any redness will diminish. I use this mask once or twice a week to keep my complexion clear.
